How do I maintain my heat pump?
Clean the indoor unit’s filters about once a month and keep the outdoor unit clear of snow and leaves.
My heat pump has stopped heating. What should I do?
Check the mode and temperature on the remote, then the circuit breaker. If the problem persists, submit a service request below.
How does the warranty work?
Up to 12 years parts and compressor and 10 years labour*. Your dealer must register the warranty at installation. Parts and compressor: 10 years, or 12 years* if a surge protector is installed. *The 10-year labour warranty is sold separately by the dealer. Keep your invoice.
